摘    要:利用单辊快淬法制备Fe78Co2Zr7Nb2B11软磁合金薄带,并在不同温度下对其进行退火.研究不同退火温度(Ta)对Fe78Co2Zr7Nb2B11软磁合金薄带巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应的影响以及最佳退火温度下,GMI效应随外加纵向磁场的变化.结果显示:GMI最大值(GMImax)随退火温度的升高先上升达到最大值,然后下降.在670℃退火后,薄带获得最高的巨磁阻抗效应,可达209%.在最佳退火温度670℃下,材料工作的最佳频率是2.97 MHz.GMI效应随外加纵向磁场在低频下不断减小,高频下GMI效应先达到一个峰值然后减小.

Abstract:Fe78Co2Zr7Nb2B11 soft magnetic alloy ribbon was prepared by single roller meh-spinning equipment and annealed at different temperature. Influence of annealing temperature on the GMI of Fe78Co2Zr7Nb2B11 and GMI as a function of applied longitudinal magnetic field at optimum annealing temperature had been studied. With the increase of annealing temperature, GMImax increases and reaches the maximum at first, then decreases. Annealed at 670℃ , the highest GMI is achieved in the ribbons, which reaches 209%. At optimum annealing temperature of 670℃, the best frequency is 2.97 MHz. GMI as a function of applied longitudinal magnetic field decreases in low frequency. GMI increases and reaches the maximum at first, then decreases in high frequency.
