盐度对红树植物木榄生长的影响

摘    要:研究了基质盐度对长期培养的木榄(Bruguieragymnorrhiza)幼苗生长的影响.在基质盐度0~50的范围内,随基质盐度的提高,木榄幼苗的生长具低盐促进和高盐抑制的特点,干物质的积累朝有机物合成场所(叶片)和养分吸收器官(细根)转移.木榄幼苗的最适生长盐度为10左右.在一定的盐度范围内,木榄幼苗通过增加平均单叶面积和叶片寿命来增加光合作用面积.木榄幼苗的正常生长需要一定的盐分.

Abstract:Influences of substrate salinity on the growth of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza seedlings were studied. Low salinity promoted the growth of B. gymnorrhiza seedling, while high salinity inhibited its growth. With increasing substrate salinity, the accumulation of biomass tended to the organs of organic matter synthesis and nutrient absorption: leaf and fine root. The optimal salinity for the growth of B. gymnorrhiza seedling was 10. At low salinity, B. gymnorrhiza seedlings increase photosynthetic area by increasing area per leaf and prolonging the leaf age. B. gymnorrhiza needs certain amounts of salts for normal growth.
