| 摘 要： | 确定了白酒中的甲醇和杂醇油气相色谱测定方法,采用直接进样和毛细管色谱柱,GC—FID测定,甲醇和杂醇油的平均回收率分别为97.9％和97.1％,方法简便、快速、准确,结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of methanol and fusel oil in Chinese spirits by gas chromatography was developed, Direct-injection technique and capillary column GC was used to determination of a gas chromatography equipped with FID. The recovery methanol asnd were 97. 9% and 97. 1%. The method is simple, rapid and accarate. |
