| 摘 要： | 利用烟台市改革开放以来土地利用情况相关数据以及烟台市社会经济发展情况,对烟台市土地利用/土地覆被变化情况及发展趋势进行分析,发现存在以下情况:近10年耕地面积大体呈下降趋势,建设用地(居住、工业、公共设施)的增加是耕地面积减少的直接原因;从社会角度分析,土地利用/土地覆被变化不仅与国家的宏观政策相关,而且与人口数量、社会发展情况的关系至关重要。
