摘    要:以猪甲状腺球蛋白—ABSE—交联琼脂为亲和吸附剂,通过比较简便而经济的方法,对绿豆外源凝集素进行了纯化。所获得的外源凝集素在SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳上显示一条蛋白带,其亚基分子量约为40,000。此外源凝集素对半乳糖和木糖有相当强的专一性。对此外源凝集素的某些其它性质进行了研究。


Purificaticn and Some Properties of a Lectin from Mung Bean
Abstract:1. The mung bean lectin was purified by affinity chromatography using porcine thyroglobulin—ABSE—crosslinked agar. 2. The SDS gel electrophoresis patterns of the purified protein samples showed a single stained region, indicating that the lectin was composed of identical(or nearly idenfical)subunits, the extrapolated molecular weight of which was ,10,000±2,000. 3. The lectin was specific for galactose and xylose among the carbohydrates tested, and their lowest inhibitory concentraions for the agglutination reaction were 1.5mM and 2.SmM, respectively. 4. The hemagglutin activity of the lectin was heatlabile and sensitive to sulfhydryl e inhibitor, and stabilized by galactose and, to a less extent, by xylose.
