| 摘 要： | 1936年“统一公债案”，是南京国民政府继1932年公债整理案后的又一次内债整理。减轻政府还本付息的压力、避免财政破产是这次整理案发生的根本原因。此次整理案对南京政府当时的经济、政治和社会各方面都产生了重要影响。

On the Chinese Government Bonds Regulation Measures in 1936 |

| Abstract: | From January ,1933 to January ,1936,in order to meet the military expenditure,Kuomingtang's Government issued internal bonds nearly one billion yuan.Unable to afford the heavy burden,Kuomingtang's Government began to take measures clear up the internal bonds in Febuary,1936.The Second bonds regulation of Kuomingtang's Government exerted great influence upon economy,politics and other aspects of the society. |
