| 摘 要： | 在全社会关注教育的情况下．外来工子女基础教育受到社会多方面的关切，成为当前社会的热点问题之一。外来工子女义务教育关系到在下一代人身上填补城乡二元分割的鸿沟，走向社会和谐。本文从泉州地区的外来工子女教育政策执行现状入手，通过调查分析外来工子女教育政策执行存在不足的原因，提出了几点对策和建议。
