微波消解-冷原子吸收光谱法测定化妆品中微量汞的研究

摘    要:提出了以微波溶样技术消解样品、冷原子吸收光谱法测定化妆品中的微量汞的方法。系统研究了冷原子吸收光谱法测定汞的实验条件,对微波消解条件进行了优化,并对共存离子的影响和方法的精密度进行了试验。实验结果表明,本法具有简便、灵敏、选择性好、线性范围宽等特点。

Abstract:A new method was presented for the determination of Mercury in Cosmetics by cold vapor absorption of spectrometry after microwave digestion.The conditions of detection have been optimized.The working parameters of the microwave digestion instrument and the effect of coexisting ions were studied systematically.The experimental results show that the method is rapid,precise,simple and convenient.
