自励式缓速器制动力矩控制方法

摘    要:为实现自励式缓速器制动力矩的智能化控制,以流过励磁线圈的电流为基准划分了制动力矩档位,提出了以可控硅导电角为控制对象的制动力矩控制方法.分析了励磁线圈驱动电路及可控硅导电角触发电路,并基于可控硅导电角时序图,推导了各种档位下可控硅导电角的计算公式及低车速时最高档位判别公式,为实现自励式缓速器制动力矩的智能化控制提供了理论指导.试验测试结果表明,自励式缓速器可基本上实现制动力矩控制的精确性和实时性.
