| 摘 要： | 选择湘西自治州的龙山、永顺、保靖、花垣、凤凰、吉首等六个生产烟草的县（市）为采样点。共采土样55个，采烟样44个。经荧光分光光度法测定，土壤中含硒量范围为0．20～O72X10-6，烟叶中含硒量范围为0．025～0．744X10-6。结果表明，湘西自治州土壤中含硒较富，烟叶中含硒量合适。

| Abstract: | The investigation was carried out at Longshan. YongSaug. BaoJing. Huayuan.Fenghuang . Jishou, the Samples (soil samples: 55; Tobacco smaples: 44 )were tested by usingthe method of fluorescence analysis, which showed that the Se contents of the soll changefrom O. 2 X 1O-6 to O. 7 X 10-6,that of the tobacco from 0. 025 X 10-6 to 0. 744 X 10-6. There-fore,the Se contents of the soil in Xiangxi are high and that of the tobacco are suitab1e forhuman bobv. |
