湘西自治州植烟区土壤和烟叶含硒量的调查

摘    要:选择湘西自治州的龙山、永顺、保靖、花垣、凤凰、吉首等六个生产烟草的县(市)为采样点。共采土样55个,采烟样44个。经荧光分光光度法测定,土壤中含硒量范围为0.20~O72X10-6,烟叶中含硒量范围为0.025~0.744X10-6。结果表明,湘西自治州土壤中含硒较富,烟叶中含硒量合适。

Abstract:The investigation was carried out at Longshan. YongSaug. BaoJing. Huayuan.Fenghuang . Jishou, the Samples (soil samples: 55; Tobacco smaples: 44 )were tested by usingthe method of fluorescence analysis, which showed that the Se contents of the soll changefrom O. 2 X 1O-6 to O. 7 X 10-6,that of the tobacco from 0. 025 X 10-6 to 0. 744 X 10-6. There-fore,the Se contents of the soil in Xiangxi are high and that of the tobacco are suitab1e forhuman bobv.
