| Abstract: | Combining the actual reality in higher education for ethnic minorities,this paper,in view of the underlying conflicts,clarifies some opinions that are against the theoretic system of Socialism with Chinese characteristics,and straightens out the ideologies that are in disagreement with the scientific outlook on development. Then it explicitly points out and elaborates on five issues in the scientific development of higher education for ethnic minorities. |
