油气弹簧缸研究

摘    要:随着104kg以上大型精密设备不断涌现,对这些设备的转场运输不可避免,对车辆减振起主要作用的汽车悬挂系统的应用研究也因此越来越受到重视.文中给出一种承重精密仪器运输车用弹簧缸的研制,包括弹簧缸工作原理,结构特点,主要技术参数,分析讨论.该弹簧缸已安装于光学仪器运输车辆,实际测试结果达到设计要求,实际运行减振效果良好,能够保障104kg精密承重仪器的平稳安全运输.文中的研发产品对其他油气弹簧缸研究具有借鉴作用.

Abstract:The investigation on the vehicle hydro-pneumatic suspension system which is mainly used for decreasing vibration attracts more and more attentions for the frequent carry of the huge precise equipments over 104 kilograms. This article offers a research for hydro-pneumatic spring used on loading-bearing vehicle, including the structure characteristics, working principle, primary technical parameter as well as analysis and discussion. The new hydro- pneumatic spring has been tried on an optical instrument truck. The results of practical test meet the requirements, while the real operation shows a good effect on decreasing vibration. This research is able to ensure the calm and safe transportation of large precise optical instruments over l04 kilograms, and is helpful to develop other hydro- pneumatic spring.
