直径168 mm管道被动喷射式皮碗结构设计及清洗性能仿真

摘    要:油气管道内部工况复杂且含有多种化学物质,为减少管道内黑色粉末及固化油泥对管道内检测器运行姿态稳定性及检测效率的影响,提出了一种适用于直径168 mm管道内检测器被动喷射式皮碗结构设计方案,利用有限元模拟仿真分析方法研究了被动喷射式皮碗结构设计的清洗性能。仿真结果表明:开孔角度为30°、开孔高度为15 mm及开孔直径为12 mm的被动式喷射开孔可使管道下游壁面上的流体介质流速达到14.81 m/s,可对黑色粉末进行有效清洗。被动喷射式皮碗结构可有效冲刷并清洗管道壁面黑色粉末,并在一定程度上清理管道内固化油泥,使其分散混合于管道内流体介质中随检测器排出管道外。该被动式喷射孔皮碗结构设计可丰富管道内检测器动力节皮碗设计理念,为相关检测性能优化提供理论指导和技术支撑。

Abstract:The internal working conditions of oil and gas pipelines are complex and contain a variety of chemical substances. In order to reduce the influence of black powder and solidified sludge in the pipeline on the stability and detection efficiency of the detector in the pipeline, this paper proposed a passive detector suitable for the ?168 mm pipeline. The design scheme of the spray type leather cup structure was verified by the finite element simulation and analysis method to verify the cleaning performance of the passive spray type leather cup structure design. The simulation results show that the passive jet opening with the opening angle of 30°, the opening height of 15 mm and the opening size of 12 mm can make the flow rate of the fluid medium on the downstream wall of the pipeline reach 14.81 m/s, which can effectively clean the black powder. The passive spray type leather bowl structure can effectively wash and clean the black powder on the wall of the pipeline, and to a certain extent clean the solidified sludge on the inner wall of the pipeline. It can be dispersed and mixed in the fluid medium in the pipeline and discharged out of the pipeline with the detector. The passive jet hole cup structure design enriches the design concept of the power section cup of the detector in the pipeline, and provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the optimization of related detection performance.
