强降雨条件下电石渣堆场失稳特性研究

摘    要:电石渣具有粒度细,碱性强,堆积时,表面易脱水松散,下部易固结。为分析电石渣堆场入渗及失稳破坏规律,基于相似理论与量纲分析法,建立弱透水基岩堆积体试验模型,研究了不同降雨强度下孔隙水压力、土压力及位移响应规律,得到了电石渣堆场破坏机理,并与Geo-studio有限元模拟相互验证。结果表明:孔隙水压力与土压力随着降雨强度增强而增加,且土压力响应最为迅速,堆积体不同位置入渗速率不同,坡脚>坡顶>坡中。不同雨强条件下,位移变化情况相反。随着降雨持续,堆场表面浆体溢流,在弱透水界面形成滞水层,发生浅层失稳破坏。大暴雨条件下,坡脚牵引失效与滞水层作用相结合导致失稳,暴雨条件下主要为滞水层作用导致堆场沿弱透水层发生浆体溢流直至滑动破坏。研究结果可为堆场稳定性分析评价提供参考。

Abstract:Calcium carbide slag has fine particle size and strong alkalinity. When stacked, the surface is easy to be dehydrated and the lower part is easy to be consolidated. In order to analyze the infiltration and failure law of storage yard, based on the similarity theory and dimensional analysis method, the model text of weak water bedrock is established, and the response laws of pore water pressure, earth pressure and displacement under different rainfall intensities are studied, the failure mechanism of calcium carbide slag yard is revealed and verified with Geo-studio finite element simulation. The results show that the pore water pressure and earth pressure increase with the rainfall intensity, and the earth pressure response is the most rapid. The infiltration rate at different positions of the accumulation is different, and the slope toe>slope top > slope middle. Affected by rainfall intensity, the displacement changes are just the opposite. With the continuous infiltration of rainfall, a stagnant layer is formed at weakly permeable interface, and the shallow instability failure of the storage yard occurs. Under the condition of heavy rainstorm, the traction failure of the slope toe is combined with the action of the stagnant layer. Under the condition of rainstorm, it is mainly the action of stagnant layer, which leads to the overflow of slurry on the surface of the storage yard along the weakly permeable layer until sliding failure . The research results can provide reference for the stability analysis and evaluation of storage yard.
