摘    要:精矿的脱水是选矿工艺的重要环节,对精矿的后续加工工艺有着很大的影响。压滤机是选矿脱水过程的核心设备,优化压滤机的脱水过程有利于提高压滤机的工作效率。目前,大多少数对压滤机脱水过程优化的研究方法主要是通过大量的实验数据进行分析,或者是通过建立复杂的滤室网格进行仿真分析实现的。这些方法虽然能够得到精确的优化结果,但是都需要经过复杂的准备工作。基于曲线拟合的优化方法,分别对自动压滤机的压滤、压榨和干燥阶段进行了压滤机工作时间的优化分析,从而实现了自动压滤机脱水过程优化。结果表明该方法只需要一定量的实验数据就能够实现各阶段的工作时间优化,并且能够得到各阶段对应的拟合回归方程。最后与实际生产数据进行对比,证明了基于曲线拟合的压滤机脱水过程优化方法具有较高的准确性,取得了较为理想的优化结果,对生产具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract:Concentrate dewatering is an important part of the beneficiation process and has a great impact on the subsequent processing of the concentrate. Filter Press is the core equipment of mineral separation dehydration process, and the efficiency of filter press can be improved by optimizing the dewatering process of filter press. At present, most of the few research methods for optimizing the dewatering process of filter presses are mainly achieved by analyzing a large amount of experimental data or by building a complex filter chamber grid for simulation analysis. Based on curve fitting optimization method, in this paper, the optimization analysis of filter press working time is carried out for the filter press, press and drying stages of the automatic filter press respectively, so as to achieve the optimization of the dewatering process of the automatic filter press. The results show that the method requires only a certain amount of experimental data to achieve the optimization of the working time for each stage and to obtain the corresponding fitted regression equation for each stage. Finally, compared with the actual production data, the optimization method of filter press dewatering process based on curve fitting was proved to have high accuracy and achieved more ideal optimization results, which has certain guiding significance and reference value for production.
