深井三软煤层巷道围岩控制技术与工程实践

摘    要:以丰城矿务局尚庄煤业有限公司-650 m水平西运输上山为例,采用理论分析和现场试验的方法,研究了深井三软煤层巷道的变形破坏机理,认为深井三软煤层巷道围岩是由顶板、底板、两帮组成的复合结构体,两帮和顶板稳定性对底鼓有较大影响,在提高巷道围岩整体稳定性的同时,加固两帮和项板能够较好的控制底鼓.因此,提出固帮强顶的深井三软煤层巷道围岩控制技术.该研究成果已成功应用于工程实践,并取得了良好的支护效果.图4,参6.

Abstract:This paper takes the -650m level western transportation laneway in Shangzhuang co. Ltd. in Fengcheng Mining Bureau as an example. Theoretical analysis and field experiment were used to study the deformation and failure mechanism. It is pointed that the surrounding rock of roadway is a compound structure consisted of roof,floor and sides in deep mine's soft coal seam, and the stability of sides and roof produces an important effect to heave floor. As the same time of increasing the holistic stability of the surrounding rock, the floor heave is basically controlled by reinforcing sides and roof. So the technology of reinforcing sides and roof to control the surrounding rock in deep mine's soft coal seam is proposed. The research results have been successfully applied in the engineering practice, and excellent support result has been achieved. 4figs.,6refs.
