冻结钙质粘土的力学性能研究及工程应用

摘    要:对冻结钙质粘土的单轴抗压强度及劈裂试验的结果是,对冻结钙质粘土地层,其埋深小于400m,相邻冻结孔最大间距一般控制在2.6m;埋深大于400m,相邻孔最大间距一般控制在2.8m。冻结段施工安全段高一般为2.5m以内。防止冻结管断裂的措施为选用合适的冻结管材料,增大冻结管壁厚度,减小冻结管直径,提高冻结管接头质量,控制掘进段高。

Abstract:Uniaxial compressive strength test and split test are carried out for frozen calcic-clay. For the frozen calcic-clay stratum, the biggest distance of the neighboring frozen hole is controlled respectively to 2. 6m for the burying depth within 400m and 2. 8m for the depth beyond 400m. The safe section height is smaller than 2. 5m. The measures to prevent frozen pipes from rupturing are choosing proper materials, increasing the wall thickness, decreasing the diameter, improving the joint quality of frozen pipes and controlling the section height of frozen calcic-clay.
