| 摘 要： | 市场经济地位在反倾销诉讼中起着关键性的作用。为了使欧美早日承认我国的市场经济地位,应该首先了解欧美对于市场经济地位的衡量标准和我国无法获得市场经济地位的原因,然后从各方面采取相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Market economy status has a key effect in anti-dumping cases.To make Europe and US recognize the market economy status of our country,their standards with which evaluation of market economy is carried out should be understood,and causes hampering our country to get the recognition of market economy status are explained.Then,measures to improve the situation are suggested from all aspects. |
