气膜软接触连铸工艺润滑理论模型的研究

摘    要:通过建立铝合金气膜软接触连铸工艺润滑理论模型,分析气体流量、拉坯速度、气缝宽度等参数影响结晶器内气膜压力分布的规律。结果表明,拉坯速度越大、气体流量和气缝宽度越小,气膜内的压力分布越不稳定,结晶器内初始凝固点处的气膜压力越低,气膜的传热性能、润滑性能变差。为此,连铸过程中必须采用合适的气缝宽度和拉坯速度,尽可能地增大气体流量,以提高连铸坯质量。

Abstract:Through the lubrication theory modeling, the paper has studied the influences of such technological parameters as gas volume rate, gas slot width and casting speed on the gas film pressure distribution in the gas film soft-contace continuous casting technology. With the casting speed increasing and the gas volume rate and the gas slot width decreasing,the gas pressure distribution develops toward instability and the gas film pressure near the first freezing point on the slab surface decreases.At the same time, the heat transferring and lubricating performance of the gas film becomes worse.Therefore,it is necessary to raise the gas volume rate while keeping the gas slot width and the casting speed at appropriate levels so as to improve slab quality.
