摘    要:根据对发动机在实际使用和生产中的故障诊断与监测现状分析,该文拟开发一套基于声强识别的发动机智能化故障诊断与监测系统。通过对系统需求分析和设计原则的定义,给出了系统总体方案,分析了系统的工作原理,设计了系统数据处理、故障诊断以及控制软件,并对软件设计过程中的几个关键技术进行了讨论,包括知识库的设计与分析、智能化故障诊断模型的设计以及输入输出模式的描述等,为实现发动机智能化现场故障诊断提供了软硬件平台。

Abstract:According to the status of engine used, fault diagnosed and inspected in production, a set of intelligent fault diagnosis and inspection system based on the sound intensity recognition was developed. The whole project was given and its principle was studied systematically by analyzing the system requirements and defining the rules. The software to be used in processing data, diagnosing faults and controlling was developed. Several key problems were discussed in the process of developing the softwares. The problems include knowledge base establishment, the intelligent fault diagnosis model design and input/output mode describption. The software and hardware platform is given for intelligent fault diagnosis for engine in practice.
