Abstract: | Summary Mice inoculated withPlasmodium berghei developed a drastic and significant pulmonary edema. Treatment of animals with phenoxybenzamine rendered mice hyporeactive to this physiopathological alteration.This work was supported by a grant aided by «Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico» (CNPq, Brasil).
