| 摘 要： | 云南在建设社会主义和谐社会进程中面临着许多不利的因素，只有以科学发展观为指导，清醒地认识这些不利因素，把这些因素作为工作和决策的出发点，确定明确发展的基本思路，采取切实有效的措施，才能真正推进社会主义和谐社会的发展。

| Abstract: | Yunnan is confronted with a lot of disadvantageous facts in the process of building harmonious society of socialism. Only by the guidance of the scientific development view, a clear understanding of these disadvantageous factors , and these factors as the starting point for decision- malting, establishing the basic ideas of development, taking practical effective measures, can we really promote the development of harmonious socialist society. |
