| 摘 要： | 冷弯型钢是由多架次轧辊轧制而成的,轧制冷弯型钢的轧辊设计依赖于孔型设计,而孔型设计则依赖于材料变形机理。将多Ａｇｅｎｔ技术用于样条有限条法,根据样条有限条法的变形理论进行材料变形机理的研究和信息化改造,建立基于多Ａｇｅｎｔ的样条有限条法的程序模型,将为研究材料辊弯变形理论和优化孔型设计打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | Cold-roll section steel is rolled by multi-sortie rollers, the roller's design of rolling cold-roll section steel depends on pass design, and pass design in turn depends on material deformation mechanism. Applying multi-agent to spline finite strip method and according to the deformation theory of spline finite strip method,we carry out research of material deformation mechanism and information reconstruction and establish the program model of spline finite strip method based on multi-agent, which will lay the stable foundation for researching material roller bend deformation theory and optimizing pass design. |
