开孔板连接件剪切受力的理论模型

摘    要:现有的开孔板连接件抗剪承载力计算公式基本上是基于开孔板连接件的推出试验结果,通过数值回归分析得到的。但是由于试验方法和试件尺寸的不同得到的试验结果不同,使得各个计算公式相差较大。本文根据开孔板连接件的试验破坏形态,分析了开孔板连接件的破坏机理,采用理论方法推导了开孔板连接件抗剪承载力计算方法。通过与试验结果对比,本文提出计算方法与其吻合很好,具有较高的精度,可被工程设计使用。

Abstract:At present the expressions for calculating shear bearing capacity of perfobond rib connector were obtained by numerical regression analysis based on the expremental datum obtained by push-out test. Due to the great differences between both the size of specimen and testing method, the testing results were discrete in large, which caused the expressions for calculating the shear bearing capacity were different. In this paper, according to the failure modes of perfobond rib connector, the failure mechanics of these connectors were carefully analyzed. The calculation method for computing the shear bearing capacity of perfobond connector was proposed by theoretical approches. Compared with testing results, the calculation results are well matched to the test values, which indicates the new calculation method has adequate accuracy and can be used in engineering design preceeding.
