浅谈高职学院的人才培养

针对中专升高职学院的特点,以及高职教育的发展趋势和方向,如何进行人才培养,建立与高职教育相适应的教育理念,设置与市场需求相适应的专业,调整教学内容,改革教学方法,开展因材施教,加强实践教学等,是高职教育培养人才的关键。本文从这些方面对高职学院的人才培养进行了阐述。

A Talk on Cultivation of Talents in Advanced Vocational School

This article, in view of the characteristics and tendency of advanced vocational education, tries to make a research on some of the aspects that may affect the cultivation of talents in advanced vocational school in the hope that this education be greatly improved. These factors may include ways of cultivating students＇ talent, development of concept that accords with advanced vocational education, specialities offered that may meet the need of market. It also discusses the adjustment of curriculum, reform of pedagogy, together with the idea of stressing practice in teaching activities because these are the most important that determine the cultivation of talents and the development of advanced vocational education.
