摘    要:本文主要研究了款元素在蠕墨铸铁中的存在状态及分布规律,并探讨了钛对石墨形态的影响机理。通过试验研究发现,铁元素主要以析出相和块状化合物的形式存在于蠕墨铸铁中,改变了球化元素(主要是镁质点)在蠕墨铸铁中的分布,促使石墨成蠕虫状,扩大了蠕化范围

Abstract:In this paper the writer studies the existing state and disperse regultion of Ti inthe compacted graphitses cast iron and approaches the acting mechanism of Ti on graphitestates.The experimental resuts show,the existing states of Ti in the compacted graphitescast iron are mainly separated out objects and eake chemical compounds,Ti can change thedisperese of Mg in the compacted graphintes cast iron and can compact graphites,so it ex-tends the compacted graphites range.
