电液伺服阀故障诊断专家系统的研究

摘    要:针对最常见的双喷嘴档板式滑阀力反馈电液伺服阀,结合上海宝山钢铁公司生产线上使用的该类型伺服阀进行了实验研究,利用模糊神经网络与符号推理集成技术,建立了电液伺服阀故障诊断专家系统,实验证明,该专家系统对电液伺服阀常见的故障的诊断准确率达90%以上。

Abstract:By experirients, at valves used at production lines in Shangbai Baosban lron and Steel Company some techniques of inspection on faults and acquisition of fault char- acteristics are obtained. The fault diagnostic expert system for servo valve is accomplished. The traditional symbolic reasoning is based on knowledge ripresentation in regular forms and pattertching technique. And artificial neural network (ANN) ,in which know- ledge is distributed over joints and reasoning is done by numerical calculation, combines representation and memory of knowledge with reasoning. Therefore, an expert system xintegrated fuzzy ANN with symbolic reasoning is constructed This expert system is open to knowledge acquisition and management. By experiments, it is proven that the expert system is maintainable and efficient
