摘    要:为了研究螺旋桨在水动力作用下的变形特性,通过计算流体力学(CFD)理论,结合雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程并选用SSTk-ω湍流模型对438X系列螺旋桨的敞水性能进行数值模拟;针对4381螺旋桨设计了3套网格,并进行了螺旋桨敞水性能的不确定度分析;将CFD软件计算与有限元法求解相耦合,计算所得水动力载荷通过插值技术传递给螺旋桨,以分析桨叶应力分布及其叶梢处的变形情况.结果表明,在水动力载荷作用下,复合材料螺旋桨桨叶将产生明显变形,且不同螺旋桨所产生的侧斜和纵倾等均不同,在复合材料螺旋桨的设计和流-固耦合计算中必须加以考虑.

Abstract:In order to study the deformation of propellers under hydrodynamic effect, the 438X (4381, 4382 and 4383) propellers’ open-water performances were calculated based on a RANS equation with shear stress transport (SST) k-ω turbulence model. The uncertainty analysis in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) of 4381 propeller’s open performance was conducted using three groups of grids. In the coupling progress, the hydrodynamic loads calculated in CFD were transferred to the finite element method (FEM) by the interpolation on the interface between CFD and FEM, and the stress distributions of blades and the deformation of blade tip were obtained. The results show that the blade deformation of composite propeller caused by hydrodynamic loads can be clearly observed. Furthermore, the deformations of skew and rake of different blades tend to be different, which must to be taken into consideration in design of composite propeller and calculation of propeller fluid structure interaction.
