菱形孔密封环端面密封性能分析

摘    要:针对密封端面开有等深大菱形孔的液体润滑密封环,采用有限元法求解其等温及层流不可压缩二维Reynolds方程,并通过求解密封环的力平衡方程,分析了在不同操作工况下,大菱形孔端面密封的平衡膜厚、泄漏率和液膜刚度等密封性能参数随孔深、半长轴长度、孔列数变化的规律.结果表明:在分析范围以内,当大菱形孔开孔深度d1=3.5~5.0μm、密封端面大菱形孔的半长轴长度a处于1.2~1.8mm、沿密封端面周向对称分布的菱形孔列数N=165~195时,大菱形孔端面密封的液膜稳定性和密封性能较好.

Abstract:The finite element method was used to solve the two-dimension Reynolds equation for the isothermal, laminar and incompressible liquid flow between the two faces of a liquid lubricated seal ring, on which one face was etched with diamond macro-pores with constant pore depth. Under different operating conditions, the effects of pore depth, area ratio of pores and periodic on seal performance parameter including the average liquid film thickness, frictional torque, film stiffness and leakage rate, were investigated by solving force equilibrium equation of seal rings. The results show that the seal performance of face seal with diamond macro-pores are better in the scope of the analysis when d1 is 3.5-5 μm, a is 1.2-1.8 mm, and N is 165-195.
