石油天然气生产管理信息系统的研究与开发

系统旨在尽快实现四川石油管理局物资总公司管理的标准化、规范化、物资进、销、存流通自动化以及会计记账电算法，实现以Internet为依托的石油物资采购电子商务系统。就这方面的管理信息化建设问题，进行了一些理论上的研究，并提出了一些具体的问题与解决方法。主要涉及了天然气勘探开发生产的管理现状，系统架构的选择，网络与安全技术，服务器与数据库系统，并简要介绍了系统开发设计的一些关键技术。

The research and development of production and management information system of petroleum natural gas

This system aims to realize the management standardization, automation of the material's buying, selling and stock and account computerization in material head office which belongs to Sichuan Petroleum Management Bureau. At same time, it aims to realize the electronic commerce system of petroleum supplies base on Internet. This article carries through some theoretical researches in the problems of the information management construction, and brings up some resolving methods to them. It primarily involves the present condition of the natural gas's proving, exploiting and production, the choice of system structure, the technique of network security and the system of server and database. At same time, it introduces some pivotal technique of the system design.
