| Abstract: | This paper introduces the new development of overall-finished housing in foreign countries and the present condition in China. An analysis is made on the problems in implementing overallfinished housing in China. Such as the contradiction between industrial decoration mode and individuation demand, disintegrated design method and economic responsibility and quality dispute. Some countermeasures are proposed from the prospectives of decoration concept, design method and construction management. |
