| 摘 要： | 采用机械合金化方法合成了稀土钙钛矿型氧化物SmCoO3,并利用XRD和Raman谱对其结构进行了测试,确定了合成单相SmCoO3的合金化条件及累积球磨一定时间后样品的Raman谱特征。

| Abstract: | Adopt the method of mechanical alloying to synthesize mbarthite calcium titanium ore oxide-SmCoO3 and use XRD and Raman table to test their structure,confirm the condition of synthesizing single-phase SmCoO3 and the Raman table characteristic of samples after ball milling for some time. |
