柬埔寨华文教育存在的主要问题及其对策

柬埔寨华文教育直到20世纪90年代柬华理事总会成立之后,才又焕发生机、蓬勃发展.但由于历史的断代和教育资源的落后,柬埔寨的华文教育仍存在着诸多问题.要在柬埔寨华教社团影响下发展华文教育,需要有外部政策的保障,即华文教育积极融入柬埔寨国民教育体系；同时还应进行内部体制的改革,即规范华校管理制度；提高师资水平;重新编写教材；找准华文教育定位；改进教学方法；扶持地方华校发展.

The Problems about Chinese Education in Cambodia

Chinese education in Cambodia has a history of over one hundred years.Until the nineteen ninties,Chinese education in Cambodia has got a good development.But because of the historical division of education and the lack of educational resources,many problems still exist.And the discovery of some problems on Chinese education,mainly reflected in the external policy and the effects of internal defect of the system.One guarantee is Chinese education actively integrate into the Cambodia national education system.Six effective approaches are completing the administration of Chinese school,raising teacher’s professional quality,rewrite the teaching materials,find the Chinese education orientation,improving teaching methods and support local Chinese Schools.
