| 摘 要： | 伙伴企业选择是供应链管理众多决策中的重要一环,对伙伴企业的综合评价是一个典型的多指标多层次的综合评价问题,并且对有些指标的评价往往带有主观的色彩。本文在建立伙伴企业评价体系的基础上,采用层次分析法确定各专家和各影响因素的权重,并使用模糊评价的方法计算各候选企业针对各因素的优先分值,以实现对伙伴企业的排序和选择,最后通过一个实际的伙伴企业选择评价过程说明了该方法的实际应用。

| Abstract: | Partner choice is one of the important problems in making Supply Chain Management (SCM) decisions. The comprehensive evaluation of partner enterprise is a multi-objective and multi-layer problem, and evaluations of some factors are subjective. Based on the partner enterprise evaluation system we established, the weight vectors of every expert and factor are determined through AHP, and the prior value of each enterprise to each factor is obtained by means of fuzzy evaluation. Then the sorting order and selection problem are realized. Finally, an example is presented to show the validity of the method. |
