天津市建筑业技术进步的定量测度及预测

摘    要:本文是天津市科委科研课题《天津建筑事业教育发展决策支持系统与应用》的成果之一。文中利用相关分析、主成份分析和回归分析方法对天津建筑业的技术进步的水平建立了评价指标体系,对技术进步水平的测定及预测建立了数学模型。文中还利用天津市建委提供的数据进行了计算。计算结果与实际情况相吻合。

Abstract:This article is one of the results of scientific researches on topic "Strategy Support System for the Development of Education in Tianjin Architectural Industry and It's Application " funded by Tianjin Science and Technology Committee. An evaluation index system has been developed for evaluating the technical progress in architectural industry in Tianjin using the correlation analysis, principal component analysis and regression analysis. A mathematical model has been built for measuring and predicting the level of technical pregress. The result of calculation based on the data provided by Tianjin Construction Committee is quite close to the actual condition. The feasibility of this method is thus confirmed.
