| 摘 要： | 哈耶克货币理论主要表现在“中立货币论”和“货币非国家化”：货币保持中立时，对经济影响最小，对经济发展最有利；取消国家对货币发行的垄断权，而用私营银行的竞争性货币作为国家货币的替代物，其理论背后是反对任何形式国家干预，主张彻底经济自由的实质。
