摘    要:职称评聘工作是高校人事管理制度的重要组成部分,也是高校人事制度改革的核心内容。经过多年来的改革和发展,职称评聘工作已走上了常规化、制度化的轨道,取得的成绩也有目共睹。随着高校人事制度改革的不断推进,职称评聘制度暴露出来的弊端也日渐凸现。因此探讨职称评聘制度存在的问题,提出新的思路和对策,对搞活高校用人机制具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract:Evaluation of professional titles and employment is an important part in the university personnel management system as well as the core content of personnel management system reform. After years of reform and development,evaluation of professional titles and employment has embarked on a routine and systematic path,and its achievements are obvious. As the universities continue to promote the reform of personnel system,the shortcomings of the evaluation of professional titles and employment system are exposed. Therefore,it's certain practical significance to probe the new ideas and new methods of evaluation of professional titles and employment system to make it play a greater role and invigorate the university personnel system.
