农民工市民化的障碍分析与治理

城市化不仅是农村人口流动到城市，还包含着农民向市民转化的过程。农民进城务工虽然转移了大量农村剩余劳动力，但农民工市民化受阻却影响着我国城市化的进程。从社会结构和个体行为两个层面，分析了阻碍农民工市民化的制度、政策障碍和农民工自身障碍。提出从制度创新、政府引导入手，实现农民工的市民化。

Public response of obstacles on peasant-workers

Urbanization is not only the rural population flow to urban, but also assuring the public into the process. Ahhough lots of farmers enter into cities, which can transfer the rural surplus labor, farmers are not the citizens who have been affecting our urbanization process. From two levels of .social structures and individual behavior,the obstacles to the public system of social workers and peasants own obstacles were analyzed. In order to realize the citizens of peasant-workers,we can take muhifaceted approaches to enhance the quality of peasant-workers.
