具有负顾客的多重休假M/G/1可修排队系统的分析

摘    要:在本文中作者首次将休假和可修两种机制一起引入到负顾客的M/G/1排队系统,其中服务规则是先到先服务,休假策略是空竭服务多重休假,负顾客抵消队尾正顾客.通过L-Z变换,补充变量法和状态转移方程分析得到其队长分布的瞬态解和稳态解以及可靠性指标,极大地丰富了负顾客排队模型的理论体系.

Abstract:In this paper,the author is applying vacation and repairable to M/G/1 queue system with negative customers.Service discipline is "first come first served",exhaustive service and multiple vacations,and negative customers replacing positive ones.With L-Z transformation,the method of supplementary variable and the analysis of state transition function,the transient solution and the steady-state solution of the distribution of the queue length and reliability indexes are obtained.Thus the theoretical system of the queue with negative customers is enriched greatly.
