高等职业教育与学生职业社会化探微

高等职业教育促使学生设计职业生涯,习得职业规范,掌握职业技能,学会扮演职业角色,顺利实现由“准职业人”向“职业人”的社会角色的转换,从而担当社会责任,取得社会地位。高职院校作为学生职业社会化的关键执行者,要创造条件,触发学生主体参与,保持学生职业社会化处于正常轨道。

A probe into higher vocational education and students' vocation socialization

Higher vocatioal education enables students to design careers, acquire vocational standards, master vocational skills, learn to play a role in society, and fulfil the transfer from "quasi-vocation-holders" to " vocationholders", thus they can undertake social duties and obtain social positions. As the key practictioners of students' vocations socialization, vocational colleges should create good conditions , encourage students to take part and ensure that the process of students' vocations socialization go on smoothly.
