| 摘 要： | 研究了供应链的契约型协调问题，利用确定需求下的存储模型分析了供应链成员的关系，得出一个供应商和一个分销商组成的供应链系统经过协调后，系统整体效益得到了优化，并建立了对供应链各成员进行利润分配的模型，为多个供应商与多个分销商组成系统的协调提供了理论依据．

| Abstract: | This paper mainly researches coordinate problem of supply chain contracts.Utilizing certain demand model analyzes the relationship of supply chain members.After the supply chain system made of a supplier and a retail trader was coordinated, whole benefit of the system's was optimized so.A model of profit distribution of supply chain for every member was established,which can provide a theoritical basis for coordination of many suppliers and retail traders. |
