摘    要:为制备新型环糊精改性纤维,首先合成了6位环糊精单醛,然后通过还原氨化反应将其分别接枝到壳聚糖纤维和蚕丝纤维上,并以桂皮酸、草莓醛和环丙沙星、左氟沙星为客体分子,合成了包合芳香物质或药物分子的功能纤维.利用1 H NMR、FT IR、UV-vis表征了其相应的结构,考察了其包合性能.结果表明,该类功能纤维保留有环糊精的空腔结构,具有包合性能;同时也说明,利用环糊精醛对含氨基类纤维的还原氨化反应是制备新型环糊精改性功能纤维的通用方法.

Abstract:A novel kind of functional fiber was prepared by coupling cyclodextrin monoaldehyde to containing amino fiber in the presence of sodium cyanoborohydride,which can form inclusion complex with various guest molecules.The structures were confirmed by FT-IR and()~1H NMR spectroscopy and the inclusion ability and cyclodextrin grafted yield were examined by the use of phenolphthalein.The results showed that it is a common method to synthesis cyclodextrin-grafted amino fiber through the reductive amination reactio...
