纳米TiO_2的低温制备及光催化活性研究

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为前躯体,在低温(40℃)下制备了TiO2薄膜,并评价其光催化活性.结果表明:在40℃条件下制备的光催化剂,具有锐钛矿相和板钛矿相两种晶相,粒径为5 nm.光催化甲醛实验表明,制备的TiO2薄膜不需经过高温处理,光照2 h甲醛的降解率达60%,且稳定性较好,可重复使用.

Abstract:Titanium dioxide thin films were prepared at low temperature(40℃) using Tetrabutyl titanate as precursor,and their photocatalytic activities have been tested.The rusults show that the film has anatase phase and brookite phase, and the size is about 5 nanometer.The study of degradating the solution of formaldehyde shows that the films have photocatalytic property without further thermal treatment,and the degradation rate is about 60% in 2h,and has good stability.
