| 摘 要： | 政府网站评估是电子政务建设的重要组成部分,文章通过采集华东地区科技系统网站的评估数据,构建面向科技职能部门网站评估主题的数据集市;设计出了华东地区科技职能部门网站评估立方体,并对其执行联机分析处理;多角度、多层次地观察和分析科技职能部门网站评估情况,支持科技职能部门决策,以期推动和促进全国科技职能部门网站评估理论和实践的不断向前发展。

| Abstract: | The governmental website evaluation is an important part of e-government construction.By collecting the website evaluation data of science and technology departments in eastern China,the data cube of science and technology departments in eastern China is designed and on-line analytical processing of the data cube is made.The general status of website evaluation is observed and analyzed by many angles and layers in order to support the decision-making of science and technology departments.This study is valuable for promoting and accelerating the development of the website evaluation theory and practice of national science and technology departments. |
