Rosen型压电变压器的并联特性仿真

摘    要:压电变压器的并联联接是提高输出功率的一种有效的解决方法。采用经典集总参数等效电路模型建立了Rosen压电变压器并.并联联接的PSPICE仿真模型,分析了模型参数完全相同时并联压电变压器的个数对电压增益、输出功率、功率传输效率的影响,以两片压电变压器并联为例,仿真分析了参数不完全相同对并联电压增益和输出功率的影响。结果表明,与单片压电变压器相比,压电变压器的并联联接不仅能够提供更高的输出功率,而且能提升电压增益;两个压电变压器实际并联时,机械谐振频率必须非常接近,而对等效损耗电阻的一致性要求不高。

Abstract:Parallel connecting of piezoelectric transformer is an effective way to improve the output power. Based on the conventional lumped parameter model, the PSPICE simulation circuit model for parallel-connected piezoelectric transformers was established. It was discussed how the number of paralleled identical PTs contributed to the voltage gain, output power and efficiency. In addition, if two non-identical PTs were parallel connected, how the parameter differences affected the voltage gain and power was analyzed. The simulation results show that, compared with single piezoelectric transformer, the parallel connecting of piezoelectric transformer can not only supply more power but also improve the voltage gain. It is also concluded that the mechanical resonance frequencies of two paralleled PTs must be highly close but the loss resistances can be slightly different.
