| 摘 要： | 皖南地区不但有着得天独厚的自然旅游资源,而且有着丰厚的文化旅游的资源禀赋。要将皖南(徽州地区)文化旅游作为一个独立的产品推向市场,便要使这一地区迅速生成以黄山为龙头的徽州自然风光与徽州文化两个王牌旅游产品,强化其在国际国内旅游市场上的优势地位和竞争力,挖掘该地旅游的大文化内涵,以当地文脉为主线,完善地区的旅游管理体制,对古文物进行保护性开发,调动人文因素。从人文角度重新塑造徽州地区的旅游形象。
