| 摘 要： | 通过对铲斗装载机的受力分析和运动分析,数学模型,文章对提升链条的受力,工作机构提升过程中的角加速度等工作参数进行了分析,并建立了这些参数随工作机构翻转角度的变化的曲线,在此基础上得出了速度、链条拉力、加速度、角速度的最大值所对应的翻转角度,为改善装载机的工作性能奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The force of chain,angular acceleration,and other operating parameters can be analyzed for working organs in the process of upgrading.Through establishing the curves who change with the flip angle of working bodies,the maximum of these parameters with the flip angle changes in the curve,the speed,the force of chain, acceleration,the maximum angular acceleration according to the flip angle,establish the base for improving the dynamic characteristics of the scoop loader. |
