摘    要:为了提高子长油田降沟区块的产量和采收率,从微生物采油机理和适用条件入手,通过室内模拟实验和现场试验考察其可行性.结果表明,在温度40℃、矿化度5×103mg/L的油藏条件下,注入菌液质量分数为2%~5%的M1系列、M2系列菌组后增油效果明显,可以提高采收率10%,投入产出比为1∶11.2.现场应用效果表明,在子长油田降沟区长2区块实施微生物驱油技术是可行的.

Abstract:In order to enhance the output and the recovery factor in Jianggou block of ZiChang Oilfield,and the adaptability of microbial oil recovery to the block is studied from the microbial oil recovery mechanism and the applicable conditions through laboratory simulation experiments and field tests.The results show that under the reservoir conditions the temperature of 40 ℃ and the salinity of 5×103 mg/L,the recovery factor can be enhanced by 10% by injecting M1 series and M2 series bacterial liquid of the mass fraction of 2%~5% and the ratio of input to output can reach to 1:11.2.According to microbiology,the reservoir conditions,the laboratory simulation experiments and the field test results,it is held that the microbial oil displacement technology is feasible to Jianggou block in ZiChang Oilfield.
