| 摘 要： | 探讨了中小型稀硝酸装置采用全中压法生产流程的合理性，比较了三种尾气处理方法的优缺点，得出在有低温冷却水的条件下，宜采用全中压法流程的结论，推荐用增加塔板数法，以使尾气ＮＯｘ气体的浓度降至１０＾－３以下。
