罗氏海盘车海星皂甙的提取分离及其分析鉴定

用甲醇提取法和乙醇提取法从罗氏海盘车提取了海星总皂甙，其产率分别为０．０９％和０．１１％。产品绠化实验、溶血实验及紫外和红外光谱分析鉴定，证明提取物为海星总皂甙；总皂甙经薄层层析及柱层析分离出五种主要组分，其中两种初步断明为海星皂Ａ和海星皂甙Ｂ。

Extraction, Isolation , and Identification of Astcrosaponinfrom Asterias rollestoni

Asterasaponin from .Asterius rollestoni collected at the coast of Yantai is prepared byextraction with methanol and ethanol. The yields are 0. 46g and 0. 54g respoctively from 5009 wetmaterial. Data of the physical and chemical test , hemolytic test, ultraviolet and infrared spectrum0analyses show that the extracts is asterosaponin. Five main componcnts are isolated from theasterosaponin after thin layer and silica gel column chromatography. Two of them are identified tobe asterosaponin A with an ultraviolet absorption peak at 244nm, and asterosaponin B. at 230nm.The body wall. stomach, pyloric caeca and gonads of the starfish collected in June 1994 atHuanghai contain asterosaponin. the content in body wall is the highnst.Its total hemolytic index is6. 71H. 1./g.
